Tyra Banks is cutting the talk.
The former supermodel told People.com that she is ending her popular daytime talk show, The Tyra Show, in spring 2010.
"This will be the last season of The Tyra Show," Banks told People.com. "I've been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years."

NEW YORK — Percy Sutton, the pioneering civil rights attorney who represented Malcolm X before launching successful careers as a political power broker and media mogul, has died. He was 89.
Marissa Shorenstein, a spokeswoman for Gov. David Paterson, confirmed that Sutton died Saturday. She did not know the cause. His daughter, Cheryl Sutton, declined to comment Saturday when reached by phone at her New York City home. More here.

The unhealthy turn has occurred despite the city’s ban on artery-clogging trans fats, expansion of bike lanes and launch of attack ads on sugary drinks, which are blamed by some health activists for the country’s obesity epidemic.

According to a report out this week, the U.S. socialite allegedly commands up to $10,000 (£6,300) for every tweet she posts on her Twitter account as part of her contract with in-stream advertising company Ad.ly.
Kim, 29, is the highest earner on the company's books and the most popular on their roster of celebrity tweeters.

It looks like Michael Jordan has a few gripes with the city that his name has become synonymous with as the former NBA star is suing grocery stores in Chicago.
Jordan is fighting to get $10 Million from two grocery stores, making allegations that they used his identity without permission within their ads that were published within a Sports Illustrated issue that was commemorating the star titled,Jordan: A Hall of Fame Career. More here.

From the deserts of Libya to the plains of Tanzania, Facebook is fast becoming the continent's most visited mobile site as Africans use their phones to access the Internet, according to a new report.
Even micro-blogging phenomenon Twitter is making an impact, appearing as the ninth most visited mobile Internet site in South Africa and Kenya, according to a study by Oslo-based mobile software developer Opera of the top ten 'mobile web' countries in Africa.
The most popular African destination on the mobile web, is Facebook. The social networking site is visited by users of Opera's mobile web browser in six out of the 10 countries surveyed by the company . Google is either number one or two in every African state except Kenya where Yahoo dominates. More here.
